    Welcome.
    This is a vintage Watt Pottery Apple pitcher, 1997 Watt Collectors Assn. Des Moines  IOWA.  There is no damage.  The tip of the spout has a tiny dark spot that looks like to me was done during manufacturing.  Measurements:  5 1/2" from lip to tip of handle, 4 1/4" tall x 3" wide.
    Made in U.S.A. by The Artists In The Park, Deer Park, WI.
    Great vintage Watt collectors addition piece.
