Please Note:   Customer has (7) seven days from the time the auction ends to make payment in full for the item won, If payment is not made within those (7) seven days,
a Non Paying Bidder complaint will be filed, appropriate feedback will be left and the item will re-listed.
All items come with a 30 Day warranty unless stated otherwise in the description.  In the event that an item is defective or damaged in transit AND providing the buyer has insured the item(s) the customer must contact the seller as soon as possible and within the warranty time given.  At that point either a refund will be offered or the seller will report the damage to the proper shipping company and begin an insurance claim for the item.

Worldwide shipping is available but you must contact the seller prior to bidding.
We ONLY accept Bank Wire Transfers for international orders.

All orders received and processed by 4pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day (FedEx only). UPS orders ship out the following day. It is the buyers responsibility to have the item(s) insured.  If it is damaged in transit, and the buyer has elected not have the item(s) insured the seller is NOT responsible for any damages or reimbursement for the item(s).

USPS orders are shipped out once a week which is on Saturday morning. We do not ship on 3rd party courier accounts or ship collect.
All software licensing is the responsibility of the buyer. No refund or exchanges will be made due to incompatibility. If an exception is made, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition received and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
