This is a wonderful miniature accessory for Barbie and similar (1/6 or 1:6 scale) fashion dolls, action figures, or Barbie's baby sister Kelly, and their little "Kelly Club" sized friends. It
is a light
cardboard paper, cone shaped, approximately 1.5 inch tall party hat with a stretchy elastic band.
This genuine Barbie accessory piece originally came with the 1998/1999 Mattel #22905 "Birthday Party" Barbie doll.

It has never been used or displayed, but may show signs of age or have minor manufacturing flaws, so please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions before bidding. It is somewhat flattened from storage, and the elastic band has frayed ends.
This replacement / set completer piece would be perfect to customize for your own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) custom art and craft creations, and would be a wonderful addition to a Dreamhouse dollhouse, miniature store, or to a mini holiday, wedding, baby shower, or birthday party celebration room box or shadow box diorama display.
