AS IS condition. True vintage...from the "Official Sponsor Of The Time Out" promotion. No date posted (see last photo). Some tears in random areas on the cardboard...the worst one has the lower corner torn (see 8th photo), some tears along the red plastic reinforcement string (also see 8th photo...and 9th & 10th photos). There is also some water/ "beer" marks on some from normal use (see 11th photo for example). Lots of random marks from normal handling. With all that said, the colors are bright. Adding an extra loose flag into the mix (see top flag in 1st photo)...also with some water/"beer" marks. Usable & collectible...ready to hang for your next party. Have been stored flat...and will be shipped flat.
