Item Description:
The  659EN  Line  Fault  Monitor  is  designed  for  connection  across incoming telephone lines on systems using telephone dialers   (e.g.,   612)   or   digital   communicators   (e.g.,   678,      678UL-B.  793  or  794)  or  control/communicators.  It  will  cause a signal to be generated if the telephone line between dialer  or  communicator  and  the  central  station  is  cut  or  shorted, or if incoming service is otherwise interrupted. The signal  can  be  in  the  form  of  sounding  the  on-premises  protective  system’s  alarm  bell  (when  the  system  is  ON),  or  the  lighting  of  a  trouble  indication  lamp  on  an  optional  accessory   tester   (such   as   the   664   for   non-UL   Listed   applications).

We use USPS and FedEx for out  domestic and international shipping.
Please let us know if your address is  residential or commercial. Businesses being operated from homes, apartments, or  other dwellings where people live on premises are not considered commercial  addresses.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico may include additional  charges. Please contact us for the exact shipping charge.
International  shipping charges only cover the cost of shipping and insurance. We are not  responsible for any customs/duty/tax/brokerage fees that may be incurred. These  are the sole responsibility of the buyer. As these fees are assessed by each  country we are unable to quote a price for or control them. We can only ship to  addresses which are Confirmed or Verified through PayPal. We cannot declare  items at a lesser value or as "gifts."
Returns Policy
If you need to return an item for a refund or a  replacement please see the few simple steps below.
Returns:
If an item you received is defective, we will certainly  replace the item with a new one, however, we do not cover or reimburse the  shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will  ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to  ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
We will send a  product replacement after the authorized return has completed our  receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within 2 business days  following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time  around major Holidays and/or weekends.
Although it is our goal to ship a  replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we  receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Refunds:
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase  2-5 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the  value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
All returned  merchandise must be in original condition, and must include -where applicable-  the original factory box . UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact, and  factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g.  battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without  markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork that were sent with the item must be included. We will not process the  return if any of these conditions are not met.
Returned merchandise  that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility.  It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all  merchandise being returned to us.
