Shipments are usually processed and dispatched within 24 Hours after cleared payment is received.
We operate between
the
hours of 9am and 5pm Monday To Friday PDT (UTC + 7). If an order is placed outside these hours it will be processed on the next business day.
If you have paid with PayPal, we can only ship to the name and address listed on your eBay account.
A full street address must be provided for all deliveries.
Tracking:
All deliveries will come with tracking information and/or require a signature on delivery.
Pickups:
Pickups are NOT available.
For now, we ship to the United States and Canada; If you are an overseas buyer,
please contact us prior to purchase to a) ensure we ship to your country and b) confirm shipping costs. Any shipping costs noted on this auction are for domestic US sales only. For the most part, for international shipments, we use FedEx.
Full payment is required
within 2 days
of purchase or auction completion.
We provide a minimum 30 day warranty on all items, or balance of manufacturer warranty (whichever is greater). This applies to everything we list, either new, used, open box or refurbished.
Please note: Items exported out of the U.S. have no guarantee of manufacturer support or service, it is up to the buyer to deal with the manufacturer in these cases. If the manufacturer will not assist, then our 30 day warranty applies for any defects or issues.
If an item fails within the warranty period, please contact us, and the manufacturer, so we can work the best resolution for you. Most of the time you will get a replacement product faster from the manufacturer than you could from us, as you would have to return the product to us first and then we ship the replacement to you, whereas the manufacturer usually ships out replacement items immediately (or may send a technician, on a case by case basis).
Technical Support:
We do not provide technical support on our products however we will attempt to answer any questions and help where we can.
Shipping Damage:
If you receive an item from us and its packaging is or appears to be damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt to let us know so we can a) work out whether the items inside are damaged and b) repair, replace or credit as needed. Unfortunately, we will need to get the item back
first
prior to shipping a replacement or issuing a credit. This is a requirement of our insurance policy.
Courier damage
: If we have shipped an item to you using a courier, and you notice the item is damaged when the courier arrives –
do not sign for or accept the shipment
. Please reject the delivery and the item will be returned to us automatically at no additional cost to you.
Once we receive it back we can ship a replacement or issue a credit (depending on stock levels).
Returns for change of mind / incompatibility:
We do not offer refunds or allow returns for change of mind or incompatibility with your particular computer configuration. All the items we sell are designed by the manufacturer to work with specific server models and generally can’t be used in a normal desktop or notebook computer. Compatible models will be listed in the description, however there may be exceptions from time to time. If you’re unsure on compatibility, please
contact us prior to buying the item
to avoid any post-purchase issues. We’re happy to help you confirm even if your particular model is listed in the Auction! If the manufacturer has made an error in their documentation / compatibility list, however; you will likely be entitled to return the item.
